She was recently named one of Global 50 Sustainability Leaders in 2024. In 2006, Pamela founded Allistyle, Canada's first-ever sustainable, size-diverse fashion brand, named in memory of her daughter Alli. Next, she founded The Shainhouse Group, a division that works with corporations to develop their AIDE training and policy development.
