No! To make the application process simpler for you, we only require your resume.
What does the hiring process at Clearco look like?
Once you have applied for a role, a recruiter on our team will review your application (yes, a REAL person). If selected to move forward, you will be contacted for next steps. There’s usually a phone screen with a recruiter, and then 1-2 virtual interviews and any assessment requirements specific to the role. We appreciate and value your time (we know you're busy!), so we try to make the interview process as efficient as possible.
